About Rachel Herring - Founder
Rachel, the woman behind HCFP, started her career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Dallas-Fort Worth. For more than ten years, she devoted herself to supporting those in need in her community. After years of service on the frontlines, Rachel felt the need for a change. A desire to transition into a more professional career that offered more peace and stability.
In 2018, after a decade in EMS, she made the decision to pivot her career trajectory, venturing into the realm of medical licensure. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Rachel immersed herself into the world of aiding physicians in navigating the complex landscape of licensure acquisition and maintenance. Yet, amid her endeavors, she encountered an array of obstacles, particularly within the fingerprinting process. An ordeal often fraught with bureaucratic red tape and logistical challenges.
It was within these very challenges that Rachel saw an opportunity for innovation and service. Drawing upon her wealth of experience, she resolved to establish Hill Country Fingerprinting. Through meticulous research and tireless dedication Rachel devised new and inventive solutions to streamline the fingerprinting process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Rachel finds solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether embarking on outdoor adventures amidst the scenic landscapes of Texas or cherishing moments of tranquility with her family and beloved canine companions, Triscuit and Goose.
